      1. Branching Out

In programming, this phrase is commonly turned into "forking" … as like a fork in the road which branches in multiple directions. I know it's not so clever a term, but I've "forked" out a new blog for my hobby: gardening. So, why did I create a new blog?

      2. Karma: Does God Use it?

I have heard one too many persons speak that God uses karma, or that tie God and the pagan concept of karma together. So, does God use karma?

      3. What is a “help-meet” Anyway?

Language changes over time, and sometimes words like help and meet drift together. Like "help-meet", that word in Genesis 2 that most translations (and preachers) don't handle (or explain) well? So instead of retaining the archaic meaning, I look into literal translations, the New Testament, and the dictionary.

      4. Satan's Siren Call

Most people don't pay attention to what their minds focus on. I didn't, and I've learned to regret that. However, what are a few explicitly problematic things? I give my own opinion on this matter. This article isn't for the weak in heart, and has encompassed a major change in my own life.

      1. The Ideology of Digital Rights Management

Why doesn't DRM work? Why does it punish the legitimate users? Well, it's an ideology. So come along as I explore this, and show how DRM cannot possibly be effective against piracy.

      2. A Different Look at Modesty

Modesty isn't just a concept. In this article I outline the point that modesty is, in fact, an absolute standard and instinct which God has built into us. I also address the nature of modesty being over cultural influence, and how modesty isn't about blending in with the people around us. Get ready for a controvesial, scripture-filled, ride.

      2. Leverage Biblical Psychology Against Yourself, Part 1

The harm of "not" and various other factors, and how to think in a more positive (and more influential) manner. This is part one because I'm thinking of a number of other things to say that do not exactly fit within the context of this article.

      3. The Importance of Reading Books and Chapters Whole

Lately I have been attempting to read some books of the Bible in their entirety, or if looking at a chapter to establish its context within the overall book. Well, I stumbled across John 8 the other day and read it, for the first time, with total comprehension. Chapter 8 struck me so forcefully that I wanted to share my thoughts.

      1. An Inconvenient Inconvenience

There are few things I hate more than global warming. The science isn't even accurate, predict the weather please, and hasn't a shread of non-generated evidence. But, my opinion aside, check out this video about the science against global warming. There's more than you think that goes against this farce.

      2. What is modern feminism, really?

An examination of the claims of modern feminism in the light of the Bible, and in that of simple logic. This is primarily directed at Christian Feminists, as I think that title is an oxymoron and defiant towards God's law.

      1. The Quandary of Industry-biased Assertions

Whom should we believe? So many studies are conducted in both directions that it is a dizzy of marketing to promote anything. So then, what is the truth? Good question! However, this video will show how the over-eating of grains and fibrous foods could be the death of you! That said, I'm not completely set against any fiber, just large amounts of it.

      2. Girls in Gaming

If there's one thing in nine out of ten games, it's the sexy girl. But as Christians should we endorse this? Furthermore, isn't sex just a selling tool for poor games?

      3. Does Hell Exist?

Does hell exist? I recently read an article on this subject that was entirely subversive and deceptive. This is a multi-page long study of the uses of the words that translate hell, and what the Bible says about this place. If you think that hell is a hot place, think again; hell isn't the punishment, but simply hades or the waiting-room of the departed. Read and study this for yourself.

      4. Robots rule the Earth ... not!

A somewhat humorous projection of what might happen if robots were to take over the earth. As a programmer for over ten years, I am now a professional programmer, in over four seperate languages I find this situation unlikely ... and highly humorous.

      1. Quantum Sci-Fi, is it worthy reading?

A review of a pair of books that, in hindsight, I really shouldn't have read. This is a warning against an author, and against the "genre" of quantum fiction: it simply will make children and young adults question reality for no valid reason. Don't read this if you are a staunch evolutionist—you won't like it.

      1. The Moon's Craters and its Age

Just how old is the moon, really? This is a simple excursion into the realm of mathematics given recent studies. Can you guess the outcome? Hint: it has no similarities with the myth of evolution!

      2. The "Satisfied" Life of a Consumer

Marketing is really a form of brainwashing. It is a subversive manner of phrasing statements, making allusions, and all kinds of linguistic trickery that border on sorcery. The only difference is the lack of magical power! Have you ever considered this "satisfied" life of the consumer?

      3. Evolution: a Linguistic Abomination

Have you any idea how indeterminate the use of "evolution" is? This word has become such an abomination within our languages that I couldn't stand it, and had to lay out the meanings that it has unjustly accrued.
